• After the expiry date, a surcharge of THB 100 per voucher will apply if used (valid until 31 December 2026).
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
• The voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or change.
• For restaurant usage, a minimum spend of THB 3,000 per receipt is required when using the cash voucher.
• For room discounts, the voucher is valid only for walk-in rates.
• Membership cards or other discount cards may still be used for their benefits; however, additional discounts from those cards cannot be applied.
• The voucher is not valid for ancillary services such as extra bed, minibar, or transportation services.
